Sellers Responsibilities:

·         Offer a 3% commission to Realtors representing buyers while home is listed on the MLS

o   No commission is paid if you sell your home yourself*

·         Negotiate directly with Realtors who represent buyers

·         Notify Salisbury Realty, LLC of accepted contracts and provide closing statements

*Please note: Limited Service Listing Fee is due at the time of listing & is Non-Refundable unless the Limited Service Listing is converted to a Full Service Listing with Salisbury Realty, LLC. Listing Fee will be credited to the seller at the time of closing as long as the property sells with Salisbury Realty, LLC during the initial listing period.
